Star Wars Y-Wing Fighter

This is a pencil drawing of the Y-Wing fighter from "A New Hope". I used a Staedtler H pencil and copy paper for this project. The entire drawing took me about an hour and a half. If you have any comments or questions please leave them below.

This is a very quick rough sketch of the Jedi Starfighter on a sticky note. But even while doing a rough sketch I'm still using the principles of two point perspective and section drawing.

Drawing the Y-Wing

These are some of my practice drawings of the Y-wing fighter from Star Wars.  These sketches are helping me figure out the shape and proportions on the ships.  I started out with the front pod sections and now I'm on the main body and engines.
